We started with the beef empanadas and they were absolutely delicious, so flavorful and savory. My husband ordered the Bife de chorizo (medium) and I ordered the filet (medium well.) Both were cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. The steaks came with chimichurry and a parsley sauces and both were nice flavorful additions to the steak. We finished the evening with the panqueque de dulce de leche which was the perfect way to the meal. Our dining experience from start to finish was fantastic! I highly recommend checking out Baez if you are in the area. We will be back next time we are in Paris! ”
